Indian Summer... I seem to have been lucky on this trip. I have arrived in Bucharest a couple of days ago, to be greeted by, what we in the USA call, an” Indian summer”, with pleasantly warm and sunny days and cool evenings. I am told to expect colder weather and rain on the week-end, but remain an optimist.

The 17th edition of the traditional autumn Bucharest Theatre Festival will start this November 2nd, and will bring together local and international directors, drama productions, one-man/woman shows and dance representations.
